Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of this website and session bookings with OurHoop Basketball Academy. [TO COMPLETE: legal identity of the business]

2. Account

Accounts are reserved for adults. The holder is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their password confidential. Parents or guardians register their children from their own account.

3. Booking and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. [TO SPECIFY: applicable taxes (GST/QST) depending on your tax status]
• During payment, the spot is held temporarily (about 30 minutes).
• A booking is only confirmed after payment is validated by our provider Stripe. A confirmation email is then sent.
• Free sessions are confirmed immediately.

4. Cancellation

5. Participation

Participation implies acceptance of the participation and safety rules. The coach may refuse or stop the participation of anyone whose behaviour endangers the group.

6. Liability

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Quebec's Consumer Protection Act applies where relevant.
